How to build and measure.
1) One core 2 turns left and 3 turns right.
Input = 2 turns / Output = 3 turns
2 square = 4 / 3 square = 9
9 / 4 = 2.25
When Input impedance = 50 Ohm,
Output impedance wil be 2.25 x 50 Ohm = 112.50 Ohm
2) One core 2 turns left and 3 turns right with 39pF compensation.
Insertion loss 2 devices:
Loss is approximately 1dB for 2 devices = 0,5 dB/device.
3) Three cores for better low frequency behavior with compensation.
Three cores:
SWR @ 1MHz = 1.04 @2MHz = 1.03 @3MHz = 1.03
One core:
SWR @ 1MHz = 1.12 @2MHz = 1.05 @3MHz = 1.03
