Balun for Delta loop and quad.

Use this balun allways in combination with an 1:1 current balun!

Used material: FT 240-43 Amidon

Primary (left):

2 coils with 5 turns = 10 turns.

Secundary (right):

2 coils with 5 turns and 2 coils with 2 turns = 14 turns.

Impedance primary (50 Ohms) is 10 x 10 = 100

Impedance secundary 14 x 14 = 196

Calculated impedance secundary = (50 Ohms/100) x 196 = 98 Ohms.
