Step 1: Use te 9 spokes needed for the inner side.
Step 2: Inner side ==> spokes inserted from above.
Step 3: Place the inner spokes into the wheel and place the screws at the end.
Step 4: Turn the centre to get following result..
Step 5: Turn the wheel upside down and place the other 9 inside spokes.
Step 5: Continue
Step 6: Place the 9 inner spokes into the wheel and place the screws at the end.
Step 7: Place the 9 outer spokes.

Step 8: connect all the spokes to the wheel.
Step 9: turn the wheel upside down again en place the 9 last outer spokes.
Step 10: ready for adjustment.
Step 11: Centre adjustment, turn de spoke screws, until the the wheel axle is exact in the centre.
